01 Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at myrvucapture.com (the "Website"), operated by Attestra LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Attestra," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
02 Relationship to the myRVU Capture application
The Website is an informational and marketing site. The myRVU Capture mobile application is a separate product governed by its own terms and privacy policy presented within the application and through the applicable app store. Nothing on the Website creates any obligation to provide the application, and access to the application is subject to those separate terms.
03 Permitted use and license
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and view the Website for your own personal and professional informational use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission. You agree not to use the Website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system.
04 Intellectual property
The Website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, the myRVU Capture name and brand, design elements, and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Attestra and are protected by intellectual property laws. References to third party marks, including CPT codes and related materials owned by the American Medical Association and data published by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and informational purposes.

The Website provides general information about the myRVU Capture application and related topics. Nothing on the Website should be relied upon as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional or for the official guidance of the American Medical Association, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, your employer, or your payers. Reimbursement values, productivity calculations, and any figures referenced are estimates that depend on inputs and assumptions and may not reflect your actual compensation or your employer's determinations. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, and for reviewing billing and coding decisions with your billing department and qualified advisors.
06 No warranty

12 Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Attestra regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
