Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 24, 2026

This is a simple marketing and information website. We do not use cookies, run analytics, offer logins, or host forms. The only data that reaches us is the standard technical request data your browser sends to any site, plus any message you choose to email us.

01 Who we are

This website, myrvucapture.com, is operated by Attestra LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("Attestra," "we," "us," or "our"). Our registered office is care of our commercial registered office provider, Northwest Registered Agent LLC, at 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502-1333.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your visit to this website. It covers the website only. The myRVU Capture mobile application is governed by a separate privacy policy made available within the app.

02 Information we do not collect

We want to be specific about what this site does not do, because it answers most privacy questions directly:

We do not set cookies or use any similar tracking technology such as web beacons, pixels, or local storage tracking.

We do not use analytics services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Plausible, or any equivalent.

We do not offer accounts, logins, or registration on this website, so we do not collect usernames or passwords.

We do not host contact forms, newsletter signups, or any other input fields that transmit data to us.

We do not knowingly collect or process protected health information through this website.

03 Information collected automatically

When you visit any website, your browser automatically sends technical information to the server delivering the page. Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as our hosting service provider. In the ordinary course of delivering and securing the site, Vercel may process and temporarily log standard request data, which can include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, the page requested, and the date and time of the request.

We use this data only for the operation, security, and reliability of the website. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with other data to build a profile. Vercel's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

Some pages display text using Google Fonts loaded from Google's content delivery network. When fonts are loaded this way, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver the font files. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy. We do not control Google's processing, and we receive no font-related data from Google.

04 How we use information

We use the limited information described above solely to operate and secure the website, to respond to messages you send us by email, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision making.

05 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not trade, rent, or otherwise disclose it for marketing purposes.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site, specifically our hosting provider (Vercel) and, if you email us, our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect our legal rights.

06 Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry and to keep reasonable business records. Server request logs handled by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's standard retention practices and are not retained by us separately.

07 Your privacy rights (United States)

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states, may give you rights regarding your personal information. These can include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to access or delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing.

Because this website does not collect personal information beyond the automatic technical request data described in Section 03, and because we do not sell or share personal information, most of these rights have limited application here. We will still honor valid requests to the extent they apply. To make a request, contact us at privacy@myrvucapture.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

08 Your privacy rights (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you access this website from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation or its UK equivalent may apply to the limited technical data described above. Our lawful basis for processing that data is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.

You may have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@myrvucapture.com. Note that data processed in connection with this website is stored and handled in the United States.

09 Children's privacy

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

10 Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time, we do not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. There is no tracking to disable.

11 Security

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers that maintain industry standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but the minimal nature of the data this website handles limits the associated risk.

12 International visitors

This website is operated from the United States and intended primarily for a United States audience. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that any technical data described above is processed in the United States.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
